Guidelines

New condition
The product must be in excellent condition and factory sealed. For disc media, a loose disc inside the case disqualifies the product for new condition. A broken or cracked case is also disqualifying for new condition.

Used books:
Light wear is acceptable.
Torn pages are not acceptable.
Water damage is not acceptable.
If a book originally had a dust jacket, it must be present and in good condition.
Former library books with the usual stamps and stickers are acceptable.
A moderate amount of highlighting or writing on some pages is acceptable.
Counterfeit books are not acceptable.

Used DVDs and Blu-rays:
Light wear is acceptable.
We have replacement single-disc, black DVD cases, so if your case is a single-disc, black DVD case, it’s acceptable for the case to be broken, cracked or otherwise damaged. If the damaged case is a multi-disc or non-black DVD case, or any Blu-ray case, the product is not acceptable.
Cover artwork must be present and without tears, heavy sun bleaching or water damage.
Missing inserts is acceptable.
All discs must be present and playable.
Cracked discs are not acceptable.
